Well Another Month Has Come And Gone!

Well the month of July 2007 has come and gone and according to my adsense earnings for the month of July I reached the minimum amount needed to get an adsense payment. The minimum amount that you need to earn to get an adsense payment is $100. If you don't make $100 for the month then the amount that you did make will be rolled over to the next month and it will continue to roll into the next month until your adsense earnings reach $100.

So far this year I have managed to make the minimum amount necessary to receive an adsense payment. I have been able to do this every month this year so far. And my payment for my July 2007 adsense earnings will be my highest payment yet! That means that besides this being my highest adsense payment it also means that my earnings are growing on a continual basis.

I do want to stress here that my adsense earnings are coming from this blog and my first blog and a few of my websites.

I want to stress this because a lot of people seem to think that you have to have over 100 websites or blogs or be a big company in order to make a good amount of adsense earnings. With my websites and blogs I have managed to make the $100 minimum each month so far this year. For the last 2 months I have used my adsense payment to splurge on getting take-out - usually pizza and I pay some of my bills with the rest of it. My adsense goal is to make at least $2,000 a month. That is my immediate goal. Once I reach that I will set another goal of $5,000 a month.

But I want to emphasize here that you don't need a lot of blogs or websites to earn adsense money. I have seen people posting saying that they have had adsense for a year and haven't earned anything! It took me 2 months to get my first adsense payment. Actually I was disappointed because it took me that long to get my first adsense payment. But when I talked to others online I found out that they said getting a payment after your first 2 months was good. And since then I have read a lot of posts from those who say they haven't earned any adsense money even though they have had adsense ads on their site for over a year!

I became an adsense consultant because I have seen that so many people are having problems with their adsense account. I think part of the reason is because they are excited about being able to earn legitimate money online that they try too hard and then get easily frustrated.

A lot of people think that since they haven't earned any money with their blogs by using adsense that they won't be able to earn any money with their blog which is not true. You have to remember that there are many different types of blogs out there earning adsense money. You just have to know how to optimize your own blog to earn as much adsense money as you can.

At least that is what I'm doing with my blog.

Don't feel bad if you are only making pennies per day using Adsense. Hopefully it will help you to know that lots of people have made even less when they started using Adsense. I even read somewhere where someone said that you shouldn't count on making anything for the first 5 or 6 months of using Adsense.

Now if you have been using Adsense over a year and haven't made anything yet then its time to consider finding out why your Adsense ads aren't getting clicked. Ask people to look at your site and give honest critique of your site. Find out what others love or hate about your site. If need be hire a professional adsense consultant (like me) who can analyze your site to see how it can be better optimized for your adsense ads.
