Unfortunately it has been posted about people that have tried to sabotage another person's adsense account by constantly clicking on the ads that appear on a person's site.
When you log on to your adsense account and you see any suspicious activity like a very high click-through-rate then you should report it to adsense as soon as possible. Here is a link to the site that has the form that you should fill out:

Once you fill out the contact form as best and as detailed as you can send it in. Adsense says that they will get back to you within an average of 24 hours but if they are experiencing a high volume of emails then it may take them longer. But the sooner you send in the form - the sooner Adsense will know about it.
So send in the form as soon as possible!
