Other Affiliate Programs?

There are some sites that Google's Adsense Program will not approve. These kinds of sites include sex-related and gambling sites. However there are other affiliate programs out there that are specifically geared towards sex-related websites. I'm currently finding out about one in particular but I don't want to post about them until I do know more about them.
